About the Opportunity:
As a Techno-Functional Migration Specialist, you'll play a vital role in bridging the gap between the client's current CGI system and the future state in Oracle Apps (HR & Finance focus). You'll leverage your in-depth knowledge of both platforms to ensure a smooth and accurate data migration process for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the project team to understand data structures and processes within the client's existing system.
Extract and transform data from the current system in a format compatible with Oracle Apps.
Map data elements from the current system to their corresponding fields in Oracle Apps.
Develop and execute data migration plans for HR and Finance modules.
Validate the accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the migration process.
Document the entire migration process for future reference.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
Proven experience with migrating data from CGI systems to Oracle Apps (HR & Finance preferred).
Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) methodologies.
Experience with data mapping techniques.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Apps functionality, particularly HR and Finance modules.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
