Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification preferred.
Experience:
8+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on large-scale functional programs and cross-functional team leadership.
Proven experience implementing Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in complex organizational settings.
Strong understanding of finance, subscription, and consumption billing models, including system design and process optimization.
Skills:
Expertise in managing large-scale programs, with a demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe practices, with experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and PI Planning.
Strong financial acumen with experience in billing systems and revenue models.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based platforms and integrations.
Familiarity with additional Agile frameworks and methodologies.
Knowledge of advanced financial modeling and analysis techniques.
